What is the future of a freelancer?

What is the future of a freelancer? It can be seen that after a few years of freelancing, he is engaged in another profession, but why?

Learning For Earning
Since there is no involvement of the country's market system with freelancing, this profession is very safe and a lot of income can be earned from it, if your experience and work skills are like that.
An experienced freelancer earns less than $2,000 to  $4,000/$5,000 a month. It can be more or less, especially in the field. Now the thing is, if you earn 2/3 thousand dollars per month, then what is the need to just leave the freelancing job in another company or open your own company.

These types of freelancers get so many work orders at one time that they can't do it alone. Because their profiles become the desired object for clients. Every day it is seen that work has to be canceled like 5, 6, 10. Thus, it may be seen that more than 100 jobs have to be canceled in a month. Only when such situations become regular do they think that if they work in a small team, these incomes will be added. So they often hire subordinate freelancers by eliminating their own work.

Again many get tired of working. After working 12/15 hours on a regular computer, there is a time when he suffers from eye and spinal problems. So it is seen that 5/6 or 10 years after starting freelancing, he stopped working and went down to another job or business. However, whatever they do, some of the fixed clients work regularly so that a certain amount of money enters their account.

Speaking of the future, the future of freelancing is very good. Currently the popularity of freelancing in Asian countries is skyrocketing though it has been going on for a long time in the countries of America, Europe and Oceania. We know that wages in Asian countries especially Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Vietnam are much lower than in developed countries. Since 90 percent of the jobs in the freelancing market depend on developed countries, the chances of getting a job are much higher if the job skills are good.

No matter how much chaos there is inside the country, there is no problem in doing the work of freelancing. Only if you have an internet connection. If you keep your skills up-to-date, you won't have to rush to get a job in freelancing. If your skill is fairly good, you can earn ০০ 500 per month, and if your skill is better, earning $1000 regularly is not something.

I know many people who are working as freelancers in graphic design, web design, apps development or digital marketing after getting Honors, Masters from the top varsity of the country.

But you have to be confident, efficient, disciplined and hardworking. Only then can you build a successful career as a freelancer.

How to make money from a website

Most developers think after creating a website, how to make money from that website. In today's article I will talk about some of the methods by which a developer can easily earn money from his website.

You can earn money through pay per click contextual ad networks: Pay per click ad networks will give you the opportunity to earn only when someone clicks on your website. In other words, these types of ad networks will pay you for your website traffic. There are currently a number of good quality pay per click ad networks, including Google AdSense, Media.net, Infolinks, Chitika, Pulse 360.

CPM can earn money through ad network: Like Pay Per Click, it is also a kind of ad network system, although the revenue here does not depend on the click of the website, but for every page view can be earned from here. In most cases, one dollar is available for every 1000 views.

This means that the number of views of your website must be much higher in order to monetize this type of ad network. There are currently a number of good quality CPM ad networks, including Converse Media, Tribal Fusion, Criteo, Epom.

You can earn money through CPA network: This type of network will basically pay you for any one action on your website. That action can be emailing, signing up, clicking any button, etc. Leads for websites can be easily collected through this type of network. Which also comes in handy in marketing. There are currently a number of good quality CPA networks, including Neverblu Media, Clickbooth, Max Bounty, Share Cell.

You can earn money through affiliate network: In order to earn money through affiliate marketing or this type of network, you need to collect links to a particular product. In it you will be given a kind of commission for selling a certain amount. And this is affiliate marketing. There are currently several good quality affiliate networks, including Amazon Associates, Commission Junction, Click Bank, Scheme Links, Linkshare.

You can sell ad space: Like Jobboard, you can sell advertising space on your website. You can place some space at the top of the website or next to the footer or sidebar, where your customer's ad will be given. The customer will pay you to buy this space on your website to advertise his product.

You can start a paid video training course: If you write on a specific topic on your website or if you have hired a writer for the blog section of your website, you can start a video course on a variety of topics in addition to the blog. This will allow you to raise money for the premium version of the video course.

You can sell ebooks: You can sell your own book in the blog section of your website. Or if you want, you can upload that book to Amazon and earn money from there. You can earn up to $100 per day from Amazon as an honor for your book.

Create forums and arrange for paid membership: If you have a forum on your website, you can arrange different types of membership there. You can collect a certain amount of subscription fee at the end of the month for paid membership.

You can sell text links: Although you shouldn't make money through this system, it can lead to website spam. But still many people earn in this way. In this case, you will add client links between your different posts and different content. By doing this, when the user clicks there, it will be redirected to the client's website. There are currently several good quality text seller websites, including Text Link Brokers, Digital Point Forum and Warrior Forum.

You can earn money by collecting emails through newsletter: You can collect emails on your website through newsletter. Currently there are many companies who buy these emails and later sell these emails to other clients.

Have you ever wondered how Grameenphone or bKash or any other company emails you without giving you an email? They may mail you, because you may have mailed your mail to a website that was later sold. You can also sell email on your website.

You can earn money by publishing sponsored posts: There are always new companies that will ask you to publish their content on your website for a fee, and this is what sponsored posting is all about. That is, in this way the client will ask you to publish any one of their content depending on your traffic. You can also earn money by publishing it on your website.

You can earn money by reviewing products: In this case, review any one of the products of the client on your website. Post articles about the pros and cons of that product. By doing this the client will get his desired user and you will be able to earn money instead of that review.

What is Eid-a Miladunnabi? Hadith and documents about Eid-a Miladunnabi.

Today's article will discuss what is Eid-a Miladunnabi and whether it is right to observe Eid-a Miladunnabi in the eyes of Islam along with the documents of Hadith and Al-Quran. Read the whole article carefully to get the right idea about Eid-a Miladunnabi.

What is Eid-a Miladunnabi?

Eid-a Miladunnabi; Its Arabic synonym is "مَوْلِدُ النَبِيِّ". Eid-a Miladunnabi is a joyous festival celebrated among Muslims on the occasion of the arrival of the last Prophet and Messenger of Islam, Hazrat Mohammad (Sa:). The Prophet Muhammad (Sa:) was born on 12th Rabiul Awal Hijri. Although there are many disputes over this date. Many believe that he was born on the 9th of Rabiul Awal. However, Eid-a Miladunnabi is celebrated in almost all places on 12 Rabiul Awal Hijri.

Although there are differences of opinion as to whether the date of birth of the Prophet Muhammad (Sa:) is 12 Rabiul Awwal, there is no dispute as to whether (he died) on the 12th Rabiul Awwal Hijri. That is, the day of birth and death of the Prophet (Sa:) is on the same day.

Since the day of birth and the day of death are on the same day, it is as painful for the Muslim society as it is for joy. And this is the reason why many people do not celebrate this day and discourage it. In our Bangladesh this day is called as Miladunnabi but in other places it is called by other names. For example, the Muslims of West Bengal call this day as the day of the Prophet.

Hadith and Qur'an about Eid-a Miladunnabi:

How did Eid-a Miladunnabi originate?

This Miladunnabi came into vogue long after the death of the Prophet Muhammad (Sa). During the lifetime of the Prophet (Sa) and also during the time of the Companions, there was no such thing as Miladunna on this Eid. The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to fast every Monday, and when he was asked about it, he replied that he was born on Monday and that he received prophethood on this day, and that is why he used to fast on this day in gratitude.

Asked why the Prophet fasted every Monday, he said:-

On this day we have Beladat Sharif, on this day I have been sent and on this day the Holy Kalamullah Sharif has been revealed on us. ”

Documents for fasting on Monday:

*Sahih Muslim Sharif 2nd volume, 819 pages.

*Bayhaqi: Ahsanul Kubra, 4th volume, 286 pages.

*Musnad Ahmad Ibn Hamble, 5th volume, 297 pages.

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) also mentioned another reason behind fasting every Monday:-

عن أبي هريرة : أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم قال تعرض الأعمال يوم الإثنين والخميس فأحب أن يعرض عملي وأنا صائم

Narrated by Abu Huraira. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: The deeds are presented [to Allaah] on Mondays and Thursdays. And I like to fast when I present my deeds. ”

Document of this hadith:

*Sunan Tirmidhi, Hadith No. 747

*Sunan Nasai Kubra, Hadith No. 2667

*Musnad Ahmad, Hadith No. 21753

The first circulation of Eid-a Miladunnabi began around the middle of the 4th century AH. Later, towards the 7th Hijri, this Miladunnabi began to spread slowly. The first promotion of this Miladunnabi was Khalifa Al Muizju Li-Dinillah. Although it started from 4th Hijri, it got its official form in 8th Hijri. So it can be said that in the time of the Prophet (Sa:) and his Companions there was nothing to say on Eid-a Miladunnabi. This 7th Hijri was the post-Islamic barbaric era. During this period the Muslims were divided into different factions and there were frequent civil wars between them.

Documents in favor of Eid-a Miladunnabi:

Now, here are some arguments given by those who celebrate Eid-a Miladunnabi and support it. Allaah Ta-ala says The Al-Quran

"Rejoice in the grace and mercy of Allah, which is better than all your wealth." - (Surah Yunus - 58)

In another verse, Allah Ta'ala says, "I have sent you as a mercy to the whole world."

So from this it is understood that since the arrival and prophethood of the Prophet (peace be upon him) has been received on this day, we can observe this day as Eid if we want. But the problem is that the Prophet (peace be upon him) died again on the same day. So how can you, as a Muslim, celebrate the day our Prophet (peace be upon him) died? So It is absolutely unreasonable to organize joyous processions and festivals on this day. If we want, we can worship on this day as the day of birth and death of the Holy Prophet Mohammad (Sa:), we can also fast if we want, we can discuss his biography. There is no problem with these issues. But we should not overdo it. Because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) forbade exaggeration in religion.

What should we do on Eid-a Miladunnabi?

There is no room for doubt in Islam. The Prophet (Sa:) also forbade exaggeration in religion. Allah Ta'ala has instructed about this in the Qur'an.

“O people of the book! Do not exaggerate your religion unnecessarily. And do not follow the path of those before you who went astray and led others astray. ” (Surat al-Ma'ida: 77)

“O people of the Book! Do not go to extremes in your religion. And tell the truth about God. ” (Surat an-Nisa ': 171)

Through the above two verses, Allah Ta'ala has made it clear that there is no room for exaggeration in Islam. So we should not go too far with these issues. Since there is a difference of opinion among Islamic scholars on this issue and it is not an obligatory or obligatory or sunnat act of worship or it is not something that we will be sinful if we do not do so it is better for us to avoid these.

In his Farewell Hajj address, the Prophet (Sa:) addressed the gathering and said:

"I am leaving two things for you. You will not go astray as long as you hold fast. One is the Book of Allah and the other is my Sunnah ”(Mishkat-1 Volume Hadith No. 177)

That is, the Prophet (Sa:) has told us that we will never go astray only if we follow the Qur'an given by Allah and the Hadith of the Prophet (Sa:). And we should do the same At the present time. And since there is no direct command about this Miladunnabi in the Qur'an and Hadith, we should stay away from it.

Going beyond the commandments given to us through the Qur'an and Hadith and doing something means getting into trouble. As a Muslim, we should perform all other obligatory, sunnat and wajib including prayers, fasting, Hajj, Zakat. It is nothing but foolishness to create discord among oneself over these supererogatory or mustahab issues. Since the last Prophet and Prophet Muhammad (Sa:) and none of his prophets will come to this world, we should follow the Qur'an and Hadith and live accordingly.

To know more about Eid-a Miladunnabi, you can visit Wikipedia

I tried to explain to you through discussion in the light of the Qur'an and Hadith as much as possible from my small knowledge. If there is anything I say here against the Qur'an or Hadith, it is certainly to be excluded. If you say something wrong somewhere or if you know something, you can let us know by commenting below. Thanks.

World Poet Baul Emperor Lalon Shayji

World Poet Baul Emperor Lalon Shayji

Writer: Liton Abbas

Fakir Lalon Shah is the ambassador of rural Bengal renaissance. On the one hand he was a social revolutionary and on the other hand he was a yogic man. In all parts of Kushtia and Nadia districts, the fertile land of folk culture, Lalon's knowledge, scriptures, mysticism and love have been born. Lalon Sai, a devotee of spiritualism, has been satisfying the spiritual hunger and thirst of mystic people through his songs for ages. Lalon Fakir has also created a unique phenomenon in this Baul sadhana. Ashutosh Bhattacharya says ‘Kushtia Baul’s Leela Bhumi.’ But in the real sense Kushtia region (Nadia Jessore, Faridpur, Pabna and Meherpur) is not just because of geographical termination; For a long time now, Muslim fakirs and pro-Baul Hindu Vaisnavas have been directly and indirectly associated with rural life in this region of Central Bengal. After this A (Kushtia) region became Baul chief (Kumarkhali, Khoksa, Chapra-bharora, Chheuria, Harinarayanpur and Shilaidaha). And Baul emperor Lalon Fakir came to this land.

Shayji Lalon Shah

Lalon's life story is mysterious.

There are many differences of opinion about his place of birth, religion and ethnic identity. He did not want to put himself in any caste-religion. That is why he himself has said (how many people are Lalon in the world). Lalon researcher Doctor Abul Ahsan Chowdhury said, ‘Lalon Fakir was a worshiper of truth. He was a humanitarian, non-communal and philanthropist. 'Researchers estimate that he was born about 233 years ago in the village of Chapra in Kumarkhali upazila of Kushtia (then Nadia) district in the Khulna division of Bangladesh. He grew up in this village on the banks of the Gorai. Father Madhav Kar and mother Padmavati. Lalon is the only child of the parents. He did not get the opportunity of formal education due to financial inconsistency. He never went to school in his life. Lalon Chilen is self-taught.

The village where Lalon grew up was full of Chapra clowns folk culture. People of all ages used to sit in the evening chat with folk songs, Baul songs, poetic songs and kirtan. Once living here, one has to change one's residence due to enmity of neighbors and go to Daspara of the same village. From there Lalon went on a river bath / pilgrimage with the Baul slaves at Bahrampur / Navdeep in Murshidabad district. On the way back, Lalon's body contracted epidemic disease in the boat. To escape the contagious disease, his companions threw him into the river and fled. Later, they informed Lalon's mother and wife of his death. The unfortunate death is acknowledged by all. Meanwhile, a Muslim woman from Chhenuria picked up Lalon from the river bank in a dying condition. After receiving treatment, Lalon returned to his home in Bhandara. Although the mother and wife were overwhelmed by the unexpected return, everyone refused to accept him in the society. Desperate Lalon returns to the present akhrabari of Chhenuria.

Lalon, who left home in his youth, again took shelter in Malam Shah's house. He started living here. Get close to the theorist Siddha Baul Gurman Siraj Sai. From then on, Lalon found a new direction in the life of monasticism. Baptized and went abroad. In the meanwhile he created innumerable devotees in Bengal. After touring the country, he returned to the country and started composing spiritualist mystic songs. As soon as Lalne heard this, his disciples would come running and pick up paper and pen, and Lalon would say fakir. All his songs are perfect. ‘Arshi Nagar near the house a neighbor settled in Setha I never saw him one day’, these orally composed songs were kept in the collection by the disciples. However, despite the fact that a total of 600 songs have been found, innumerable songs are spread in the mouths of the people.

However, despite the fact that a total of 800 songs have been found, innumerable songs are spread in the mouths of the people. Fascinated by the melody and lyrics of this song, thousands of devotees in both Bengals are fascinated by Lalon theory. At present, the number of his fans has crossed millions. Kangal Harinath, the editor of Grambarta Prakashika, had a close relationship with Lalon. Some of his songs have also been published in this magazine. He also rode on horseback to the historic MN Press in Kumarkhali Kundupara. Once the lathiyals of the Thakur zamindar went to attack the press of Kangal Harinath. There are rumors that Lalon saved it with his Bauls after receiving the news. Although there is no evidence of any meeting between Rabindranath and Lalon, it is said that Rabindranath used to sit in Lalon's Akhrabari on his way to Calcutta and be fascinated by Lalon's Baul songs. From Siraj Sai, Lalon Shah went on a country tour with proper education. He toured different parts of Bengal and in Bengal (1230) built a permanent akhra at Chhenuria. Later, his sadhana bhajan was performed in this akhra house. Under his direction, the devotees used to organize the festival of Dol Purnima. In this festival, innumerable Bauls, Fakirs and followers from different districts and ashrams of the two Bengalis used to come to pay homage at the feet of Shayji Lalon Fakir.

During the nineteenth century, Lalon expressed himself in a completely different way. Lalon was always busy with Baul ideology. The benevolent Baul emperor Fakir Lalon Shah was always surrounded by disciples even in his last days. Old age on the one hand and stomach ailments on the other made him gradually unwell. He used to listen to the disciples' songs while lying in bed. On Friday 17th October 1890 (1st Kartik of 1298) he felt very sick. The night is almost over. The disciples said, "Cross over, O Dayal Chand, to me / Forgive me, O crime, my thoughts are in prison." The song also ended. He passed away at the age of 116. There was no religious affiliation after his death. The festival was held only with the Baul community. At the time of his death, he left his service partner Bishokha and Dharma Kanya Piari. Besides, he had Rs 2,000 in cash and some household items in his stables. The stables were built on 18 and a half bighas of land donated by artisan Malam Shah. According to the wishes of the Baul emperor Lalon, he was buried inside the arena. Since then, Lalon commemoration has been held every year. Numerous Lalon devotees from home and abroad gathered at Akhrabari. Day after day, Lalon read the footsteps of the researchers. However, many people were disappointed as the environment of Akhrabari was not literary.

Lalon is an institute today

It is only natural that there will be a connection between the educated and the uneducated. It is true a thousand times that Lalon has established the folk culture and folk art of Bengal in the court of the world. Numerous researchers and devotees of the present literary world are proving his spirituality. Yet no one thought of introducing the Lalon Academy Award for Literary-Music nationally, which is very sad and disrespectful!

Many devotees of the mystic Baul devotee and supreme folk poet Baul emperor Lalon Shah gather at his shrine every day to discuss various spiritual songs and his activities and biography. Many tourists from home and abroad flock to the shrine every day.
